Case Study - Les vergers boiron

A solution to facilitate the collection, structuring and sharing of supplier data

Les vergers Boiron plan to develop their business through long-term partnerships with their suppliers, built on balanced and fair relationships. As part of this continuous improvement approach to supplier relationship management, the company has chosen to deploy the SRM, Supplier Quality, and Supplier Portal modules of the Oxalys SQM solution.

Our interactions with suppliers generate a large amount of data that is still insufficiently leveraged and shared due to the lack of a suitable tool—especially given the regulatory framework in which we operate as a food industry manufacturer, as well as our CSR commitments. By digitizing procurement and supplier quality management processes, we will be able to structure this data and automate its use, in order to further strengthen our partnership-based relationships.
