What our clients say
With the Oxalys platform, the family-owned mid-sized company Delta Dore has equipped itself with a digital solution that enables more effective centralization and use of its supplier data, a strategic approach supporting the group’s industrial performance. Testimonial.
Delta Dore is a technology and industrial group, and a pioneer in connected home solutions. Through its three production sites, the company manufactures an average of 5 million products per year, primarily dedicated to energy management in homes. Its solutions now equip over 23 million homes across Europe.
Strongly committed to CSR, the group places energy efficiency and intelligent control of equipment at the heart of its offering.
Facilitating the collection and sharing of supplier data for faster, more informed decisions
Each solution produced by Delta Dore is made up of numerous components and purchased parts, which requires carefully selecting and monitoring (i) each supplier in close collaboration between the Group’s procurement team and, in particular, the supplier quality department, and (ii) the specific needs of each production site and subsidiary in terms of materials or services—all within a multi-site, multi-ERP environment.
”Our procurement organization is based on a dual approach: project-based and category-based management, covering both direct and indirect purchases. It operates in a multi-site, multi-ERP environment, with decentralized procurement resulting from the Group’s external growth. This setup requires close collaboration with the supplier quality teams and rigorous monitoring of the compliance of purchased products with regulatory requirements related to the Group’s activities in the smart home sector, as well as with its CSR commitments. In this context, deploying an SRM solution that integrates both procurement and supplier quality management has become essential. Implemented across all of the Group’s direct and indirect purchases, this solution will strengthen the contribution of procurement to the company’s overall performance while ensuring better management of supplier risks, particularly in terms of compliance, performance, ethics, and environmental responsibility.
