Maximizing the contribution of procurement to business objectives through the digitalization of procurement and supplier quality processes
By leveraging the SRM, Source-to-Contract, and Supplier Quality Management modules of Oxalys SQM, EXAIL aims to streamline the management of its sourcing activities and strengthen collaboration between the procurement and quality teams, regardless of site or business unit. The goal is to centralize supplier data, standardize processes, and promote effective coordination across the Group’s different entities.
”Operating in high-tech, high-criticality markets, EXAIL operates in an environment where regulatory, normative, and contractual requirements, both national and international—are particularly strict. In this context, we have a responsibility to ensure rigorous control of our supply chain, particularly in the sourcing and selection of our suppliers. This requirement is part of our quality commitment, supported by our ISO 9001 and AS/EN 9100 certifications. To meet these challenges and structure a Source-to-Contract process that meets our standards, the deployment of the Oxalys SQM solution across our multi-site, multi-activity organization aims to standardize our practices, strengthen action traceability, and facilitate collaboration both internally and with our suppliers.

Oxalys is proud to support Exail in this structuring project, which highlights the importance of an SRM platform designed to meet the specific challenges of mid-sized industrial companies operating in demanding markets.
