What our clients say

With the Oxalys SQM solution, the Ronax Purchasing Group is implementing a digital procurement solution to deliver greater value to its members by centralising, within an ergonomic tool, all the data required for effective business management and improved engagement across its ecosystem. Customer testimonial.

For more than 25 years, RONAX has been supporting its members (mainly SMEs and mid-sized companies) through the pooling of plastic raw material purchases, positioning itself as one of the leading French buyers in the plastics industry.

Each year, RONAX negotiates more than €315 million in purchases with over 150 partner suppliers, across 8 major purchasing categories (plastic raw materials, packaging, transport, temporary staffing, energy, etc.), supporting the smooth operation of around sixty industrial sites worldwide.

By promoting economies of scale, long-term partnerships and the sharing of best practices through collaborative work with its members, RONAX significantly strengthens the competitiveness and profitability of its members.

Case study - Ronax

A procurement solution aligned with Ronax’s needs and objectives

The deployment of Oxalys SQM within the Ronax organization and among its members follows a series of business workshops conducted in close collaboration with the Ronax team. This collaborative approach made it possible to clearly define requirements and identify the design elements needed to extend the solution’s standard functionalities. Particularly with regard to the configuration and automatic calculation of complex year-end rebates (RFA).

The use of the SQM functionality by Ronax employees and its members representing more than 200 users, will support the achievement of the defined objectives. These include centralized management of pricing and contracts, supplier panel management and associated performance indicators, facilitation of committee activities, and roadmap steering, all while simplifying communication processes.

Beyond its purchasing pooling system, Ronax is also a platform for sharing best professional practices, experiences, and innovative solutions, driven by the ambition to foster and develop collective intelligence for and with our members and supplier partners.
The deployment of the Oxalys procurement solution is fully aligned with this approach, with the aim of making a significant contribution to the development of the services delivered to our members.
